About the project
Family Focused Village Development (FFVDP) is a holistic initiative wherein the focus has been to develop overall components in a family’s life such as Leadership, Education, Household Care, Health Care, Earning & Finance, Family and Community Cohesion.
Position: Program Manger
Post- 01
He /She should have at least minimum 3 to 5 year experiences in the development sectors. He/ She must have MSW or MA in (Sociology, Rural Development, Anthropology) or MBA in (Sustainable Development or Rural Development). He/ She must have computer proficiency, good communication skill, leadership skill as well as documentation skill.
Job Description to achieve the following Mission Sector of the project
Leadership
- Develop and oversee the implementation of programs aimed at enhancing leadership and rights.
- Identify and engage skilled trainers and facilitators to conduct leadership training.
- Monitor program outcomes, evaluate their impact, and adjust strategies as needed.
Education
- Design, implement, and oversee education programs that equip rural children and youth with employable skills.
- Establish partnerships with local schools, vocational training centers, and employers.
- Monitor the quality of education and learning outcomes, making improvements as necessary.
Household Care
- Oversee housing and environmental projects, including construction and maintenance.
- Collaborate with local authorities and communities to address housing concerns.
- Monitor food security initiatives and assess their impact on overall well-being.
Health Care
- Implement health programs, ensuring access to safe water sources and functional toilets.
- Collaborate with healthcare workers and agencies to improve health services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion and hygiene initiatives.
Earnings and Finance
- Oversee income-generating activities and financial literacy initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with financial institutions and business development organizations.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial stability of beneficiary families.
Family and Community Cohesion.
Family and Community Cohesion is the important part of the project. Program Manager should ensure to implement the above mission topic through Innovative plan of activities with the tribal communities & hand holding support to the project team.
Salary: 50,000/- (Including Social Security and Travel Allowances)
