The skill development training program has been started at CPL, Duruguda (Koraput) by TATA Projects Community Development Trust. The skill development training is being provided to the youths from Schedule Tribe, Person belongs to Schedule Caste & other communities in Koraput distict. The Major target groups are the school dropout and unemployed youth.

Through this program Tower Erection and Welding 1G & 3G skill has been provided  along  with free food & accommodation, best training with theory & practical, soft skill training with career guidance and facilities placements.
