Celebrating 30 Years of Commitment and Change

As Ekta completes 30 remarkable years of service, we reflect with pride and gratitude on a journey rooted in the belief that sustainable change begins with empowered communities. Since our inception, we have remained committed to addressing the most pressing issues in the rural tribal areas of Odisha—advancing sustainable livelihoods, upholding child rights, fostering inclusive development for persons with disabilities, and strengthening community health management.

Over the past three decades, our work has reached thousands of individuals and families, creating pathways for dignity, opportunity, and resilience. These achievements have only been possible through the unwavering support of our community members, partners, team members, and well-wishers who share our vision of a just and inclusive society.

As we move forward, we carry with us the strength of our legacy and the hope of new possibilities. With your continued support, we remain committed to deepening our impact and walking alongside communities to build a future that leaves no one behind.

Thank you to all for being part of our journey.

Dear friends,

It is really a very special occasion – the completion of 30 incredible years of our Ekta’s journey!  As a founder member, I’m overwhelmed with emotions, reflecting on our humble beginnings, remarkable growth, and the countless lives of people from each and every sphere   we’ve touched.

Our organization was born out of a shared dream to create a more just, equitable, and sustainable society irrespective of caste creed and religion. We dared to dream a world where everyone has a dignified living having access to education, healthcare, and have enough opportunities to improve their livelihood. Over the years, we’ve worked tirelessly to turn this vision into reality. We feel enriched over the years by adapting ourselves for the purpose of community in their way in the field of Health, Disability, livelihood and mother & Child care and protection.

I’m filled with pride and grateful, thinking about the incredible team that has come together to make our mission a success. Each one of you has brought your unique skills, passion, and commitment to our cause. Together, we’ve achieved what seemed impossible, and we’ve inspired countless others to join us on this journey.

As we celebrate this milestone, I’m reminded of the power of collective action, perseverance, and community. We’ve faced many challenges along the way, but our resilience, adaptability, and dedication to our values have carried us through.

As we look to the future, I’m excited to see what the next chapter holds for us. We’ll continue to innovate, collaborate, and push boundaries to create a brighter, more just world for all.

Thank you for being part of this extraordinary journey. Here’s too many more years of making a difference, together!

With love, appreciation, and hope for the future.
